Welcome to my monthly Diet & Health Coaching registration page. If you're here it's because we have spoken about working together.
As we work together, you and I will interact regularly to ensure that you have the support, guidance & motivation you need to achieve effective & lasting results.
This coaching plan works on a 28 day cycle which includes a 1 hour Zoom appointment plus 3x 30 minute phone appointments. Each session we will review your progress, answer your questions & agree next steps plus you have email support throughout.
Payment will automatically renew each month until your plan finishes. You can stop at the end of any month, the minimum time scale is 1 month but 12 weeks is a typical foundational time frame to make lasting changes.
